66 Recovery of amounts
Bare Act
Section 66(1)
The amount of any penalty imposed or compensation awarded under this Act, if not paid, may be recovered as if it were an arrear of land revenue.
Section 66(2)
All sums realised by way of penalties under this Act shall be credited to the Consolidated Fund of India.
