76 Right to legal representation

Section 76
The applicant or appellant may either appear in person or authorise one or more legal practitioners or any of its officers to present his or its case before the Appellate Tribunal.
Explanation for Section 76
For the purposes of this section, "legal practitioner" includes an advocate, or an attorney and includes a pleader in practice.
